Correctly Identifying CCMB's Client

Whenever a project is submitted to Capital Corp Merchant Banking for funding, one of the most important questions to be answered is “who” is the Client; in other words, what is the correct legal name of the company that will serve as the investment vehicle of the project?

This seemingly small detail is often overlooked by promoters.  This is why this is the very first question Capital Corp Merchant Banking asks in its Application for Funding.

In past instances, Capital Corp Merchant Banking has signed agreements with corporate entities that were either no longer in existence, incorrectly spelled, never actually incorporated, or had no valid connection to the project itself.  That is why it is of the utmost importance that when a promoter submits a project for funding, he/she makes absolutely sure that the company that will be receiving the funding is able to do so.  Any concerns or questions in this regard should immediately be addressed to us.

On a final note, Capital Corp Merchant Banking does not fund directly to individual(s) or government bodies - only duly incorporated entities ranging from a sole-proprietorship to a corporation.

Respectfully,

Capital Corp Merchant Banking
