The Preliminary Due Diligence

In any given transaction or project, Capital Corp Merchant Banking will perform a Preliminary Due Diligence - or a “Pre-Due Diligence.”

This Pre-Due Diligence process is by any standards quite extensive and throrough, to the point that Capital Corp Merchant Banking will call upon several Business Professionals and Contacts alike to identify the potential strengths and/or weaknesses of  the project being presented.

Capital Corp Merchant Banking will ask numerous questions of the project’s Promoter and request the obtainment of any and all documentation necessary to complete the Pre-Due Diligence.  This will allow us to discern whether or not we are able to take the project to the Next Step.

It is important to note here that the above is only a summary of the work performed by Capital Corp Merchant Banking and that a number of hours are spent conducting this by multiple individuals - and throughout this Pre-Due Diligence process, Capital Corp Merchant Banking does NOT charge any form of Up Front Fees, Application Fees, Revision Fees, Stand-by Fees or Retainer Fees.
