Code of Ethics in Business
The final version of each individual’s definition of the word ethics may have more varieties or “flavors” than the local ice cream shop. That is not to say that one person is more right than the other but that they are, by definition, one’s own thinking, which makes them unique - solely and collectively.
By a dictionary’s standards, a code of ethics means the body of moral principles or values governing or distinctive of a particular culture or group.
For all intensive purposes, an organization's business code of ethics is designed to be a relevant, engaging guide that inspires an employee toward a behavior that is considered principled. In order for such to succeed, it requires a content and language that is capable of winning over the most pessimistic workers as well as the most driven.
To be sure all involved individuals equally understand that the highest standards of personal and professional conduct are to be upheld when conducting business, it is to be performed in all manners of fairness, honesty and integrity.
With that said, as a group, Capital Corp Merchant Banking has taken a Code of Ethics in the form of a commitment to the Client, where Our word is our Bond.
Respectfully yours,
Capital Corp Merchant Banking
